What did I learn as a Teacher?
First, I loved to be a true student. Once I recognised this, I asked how can someone teach such a true student? Intense contemplation over some time led to some interesting insights on teaching. I would like to share this with you all.
We all love to teach the correct thing. Moreover, we would prefer to teach the correct thing the first time around. We become intolerant to learners who make mistakes. Teaching begins by being tolerant to mistakes!
So let us not try to teach the right idea first. Work with their misconceptions. Encourage their wrong ideas. Let us try not to be a machine that keeps correcting the learner’s mistakes. When this continues, the learner loses their ability to question, and eventually stop learning.

Happy Birthday, Einstein.
“Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school.” Einstein.
When we approach though Thought Provoking Questions (TPQ’s) and spend more on the thought process rather than the conclusions, School education can make a significant impact in our in our lives.
Albert Einstein was a genius. Today is his birthday.
Our child is genius too!

His uncle was a guiding factor for his inspiration. Today we all know the impact he created. This is the power of the TPQ!

Using the seed beetle Callosobruchus maculatus, we aimed to understand what common behaviours male and female beetles exhibited when introduced as pairs within a glass container for approximately 45 minutes. C. maculatus is a common pest of stored legumes and are easy to rear for studies to understand their lifecycle. Larvae (four instars) of this species burrow into the dry seeds and remain there by feeding on the seed for about 20 days (temperature dependent). Once they pupate they emerge from the seed as a mature adult and can readily mate with females. Females of this species (and strain) are known to be bigger than males and each female can lay up to 200 eggs in their lifetime (condition dependent)... Biology

“All I want to show people is how by mastering to architect your own imagination your can have a life that helps you to have mastery that leads to a significant living, naturally and effortlessly. This process leads us to be in deeper touch with our self”
The narration below is written in a way that brings insights from my journey and distinguishes it as a value to the mentees.
The journey started when I was an 11-year-old boy who aspired to be on the moon. May be to aspire that way was not in my hand. I was curious to learn and experiment with new things and was also more inclined at the philosophical nature of the ‘how things work’. To search for the truth and to even know what it is was always a deep question in my life. Today I call it as MPQs (Mind P... Education
